Unique marketing technique

Property management companies typically manage properties of rich individuals. That management could be something like taking care of the property, managing it or more detailed as in managing the rentals, the renters and engaging repairs as required. Most of them require some kind of agreement which is for a fixed amount. This company has come out with an unique market strategy that enables them to earn more money and express themselves separately.

Here is the advertisement replicated exactly from “The Economist” of May 2013.

You buy commercial property that fits a specific niche we have identified. We are never a party to the property. You own the property directly. We never touch your money. This changes the frame of reference from a property management company to an interesting bearing account. Interestingly the risk is all upto the owner and the upside of owning the property – the high rent and everything else is upto this company. As any business grows, it is good to see what is the marketing technique and what is done by the business to market their products.
