Marketing: Adaptation to the market by companies

There is a nice example of a company that adapted its strategy to market in the USA. The company is called SodaStream it received an acknowledgement for being in the 50 best companies by Fast Company. SodaStream realized that if it had to market in the US, then it had to adapt to what Americans like. Here are some of the rules that they followed:

Americans like brands that they know : they partnered with a local company that was a brand – Kraft with their flavors that had previously been tested: Crystal light

Customers prefer one serving: they developed a perfect package

People like to show their purchase: They designed a clean and modern line

Customers like choices: They branded the machine in different versions with the low-cost retailers like Walmart as well as the expensive exclusive retailers.

This is marketing at its best in the market that is already saturated with products.
